Commercial

Coverage built around how you actually work.

A general contractor, a restaurant, and a consulting office have almost nothing in common from an underwriting standpoint. We write all three, and not from the same template.

General liability

The coverage most contracts and landlords require before you can start. Certificates issued same day in most cases.

Business owner’s policy

Liability and property bundled for small and mid-size operations — usually the most economical starting point.

Commercial property

Building, equipment, inventory, and business interruption, which is the piece people forget until they need it.

Tell us your renewal date

Commercial policies are shopped in advance, not on the day they expire. Give us the date and we’ll work backward from it.

Questions we get

Common questions about business insurance

How fast can I get a certificate of insurance?

Usually same day once coverage is bound. If a general contractor or a landlord is waiting on one, say so when you call and we’ll prioritize it.

Do I need a BOP or separate policies?

A BOP is efficient for most businesses under a certain size and risk profile. Above that, separate policies give you more control. We’ll tell you honestly which side of the line you’re on.

Can you write my liability and my bond together?

Yes, and for Oregon contractors that is usually the right move — the CCB bond and the liability policy get reviewed together.
